Top Line
You are blessed by Providence and enjoy good fortune. You experience improvement in every way. Remember that supreme success goes to those who are in the world, but not of it - who, in the fullness of possession and at the height of power, remain modest and wink often toward heaven. Providence helps those who live with faith and gratitude, while people help the person who is true. To he who has, more will be given. (34)

Fifth Line  - Ruling line
The person who is able to win over others by unaffected sincerity and dignity often finds himself or herself in a favorable position. This applies as much to persons of great wealth and stature as those beneath them. It is the combination of sincerity and dignity that brings best results; for with dignity only, respect will be lost, and you will not be taken seriously; and with only sincerity, you may be taken advantage of.
46 10/28/98 Fourth Line
Quell your pride and envy and do not attempt to compete with others or emulate those in power.  Give your full attention to the business at hand and you will avoid mistakes
64 2/12/99 Third Line
a superior-minded person will place his talents or resources at the disposal of his leader or his community.  Through this type of open generosity he will be benefited, for he is totally supported in turn.  A lesser man cannot do this

Bottom line
In its first stages, success is innocent and blameless, since it has not yet faced the challenges which accomplishment brings. Avoid harm in the future by guarding against self-indulgence, by exercising proper restraint. Learn to speak of personal business matters only with trusted advisors; to all others, remain relaxed and detached. Thus will you strengthen others' perception of you as a person endowed with confidence as well as wealth. (50)

Supreme success! Like the proverbial pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, a person whose fortunes have turned for the better shines brightly. At the core of this success lies unselfishness and modesty, for it is the tendency of a flexible or yielding nature to bind powerful forces to it, particularly when prosperity begins to manifest. When power is wielded with grace and dignity, there is supreme success and great abundance!  Ah, but be careful. Along with any accumulation of wealth or influence may come an accumulation of pride and arrogance. Fight this tendency if you intend to continue prospering. Stay attentive enough to manage your affairs well. And remember that while material prosperity certainly beats the alternative, it is only one of many elements of a satisfying life.

Question: what are the possibilities with University of Rhode Island

14 Moving to 46

Readings like this always leave me scratching my head.  A complete false positive from start to finish.  I never even got a chance to interview.  Absolutely nothing materialized.  I assume that the opportunity at URI laid the foundation for the opportunity at Brandies but since nothing came of that either this particular reading is worthless.

Note:  Just when I'm inclined to say this is worthless I reread and am forced to laugh at my own petty self centered perspective.  Of course all I care about is what I want NOW.  and of course the universe couldn't give a rat's posterior about what I want.  Then answer to my question was clearly outlined in the meaning of the third changing line.

"A superior-minded person will place his talents or resources at the disposal of his leader or his community.  Through this type of open generosity he will be benefited, for he is totally supported in turn.  A lesser man cannot do this."

I don't really know how many times I need to be told that one does what is right because it is right without thought of personal gain knowing that one's needs will be met in time from some source.

Question: How did the people at SPI feel about me

I guess people don't spend 3 hours interviewing someone they don't like.

Question: How do I think FL will respond to my phone call exploring the possibility of a xfer

14 Sovereignty moving to the #64 - before the end with 2 changing

It's always interesting to ask questions based on no facts.  I subconsciously am expecting a somewhat positive response but I'm not sure what I'm basing it on.  I would like this alternative to work but there are significant downsides that I need to stay focused on.

Note:  I never even bothered to make the phone call.  It was fine to think about it, but it wasn't right for me or for the company since there was work that I needed to do elsewhere which is what is pointed out by changing line 4 (when three lines are changing read the middle)

Have an interview this afternoon with a headhunter who thinks I'm right for a Sox job that sounds perfect for me.

I got 14 moving to 31 - the problem is that based on all of these earlier readings, my odds of having something come of this are nil and none.  In all cases where I've asked about jobs or opportunities the ones in question didn't materialize.  I'm so depressed there aren't any words for it.

Asked about the outcome of continuing to pursue SOX and got 5 going to 61.  That got me even more depressed so I picked a tarot card and got the fool and felt much better.
