Third Line
Honesty and sincerity are the best adornments now. Do not seek external show, but stay with simplicity and self knowledge (37)Second Line 23 3/3/00 Bottom line
Decline offers which give a false impression of your work. Rely on yourself now and avoid pretentiousness in all it's guisesA splashy sunset bathes the mountains in a soft radiance; the light of a full moon dances on the surface of a rippling river: Grace and beauty adorning the natural world. Grace is not an all-powerful force, nor is it the essential or fundamental thing. By itself, it is form without content. Grace is moonlight on water, not the sunlight at noon. Yet grace brings artistic expression into the world, and enhances the quality of our lives.
In the arts, grace arises out of adherence to form: the dancer becoming the form of the dance, the musician giving life to the form of a musical score, the painter becoming one with the brush and canvas. In human affairs, grace is also aligned with form - with mastery of aesthetic and cultural forms honed by time and honored by tradition. Through appreciation of graceful forms in human culture we apprehend the pure beauty of the ideal, of life raised above the mere struggle for survival.
Possession of grace, like the bearing of a beautiful gift to a wedding, can add stature to those in humble positions. Take care to lend grace and dignity to small matters, while giving the weight of deep and careful consideration to matters of greater consequence. Though it should not be confused with true substance, an artistic flair can take one far in this world.Friday March 3, 2000
Question: what is the best approach to bringing the project back on track. This is a case where I'm going to keep my paranoia under control, and not read into anything doom and destruction. The interesting thing about my dilemma is the feeling that there are over riding political issues and circumstances beyond my control that may be influencing the answer, hence the question when conventional pm has no shortage of techniques that should apply.
"Direct your energy into developing ideas a step closer to completion. Make and create objects or plans. It matters not what level of creation your work has reached. The impetus is to continue the process and have something tangible to show. Make your ideas communicable to others. Since it is the value of the process which is being emphasized her, you do not have to produce a masterpiece or conceive of a magnum opus."
The quote above seems to have advice that is 100% appropriate to the situation and the changing lines seem to re-enforce the message. I'm disturbed by the fact that it's changing into splitting apart since my fear and the reason I asked the question is that things are very difficult and the current situation is simply unsustainable.
Separation or splitting apart seems to point to this
"An imbalance. A top heavy situation. Although it is passing it is difficult to retain personal calm at such times. A conscious effort has to be made to control outbursts. Relationships between management and staff could be strained. There might be reshuffles, leave-takings. Resources must be relocated and redirected. The current situation cannot be sustained - something will cave in."
Since this isn't a diary I won't go into the details that make the above quote a prefect description of what's going on at the office now, and unfortunately it's severely impacting me.

Question: Is RN still an opportunity for me?Things are beginning to get frustrating. I was suppose to get an interview time on Friday and didn't hear and now the headhunter has moved offices and hasn't answered email and the job is time sensitive so it's possible its already gone to someone else.
The reading appears positive but I've learned that things often appear positive without basis in fact.
