Magic in the Bathroom

This is the one area where no hint of conventional Feng Shui is allowed.
Bathrooms are not bad, they are a place of cleanliness, healing, and rest
and that is how we will approach them here.

Where better to think of sacred water, flowing water, than the bathroom. I simply can't imagine implying that there can be any negatives to indoor plumbing (as I said no feng Shui allowed in the bathroom)!  Consider placing a small fountain in the bathroom or make a small water shrine.  Also consider making a small altar to the undines

LUSTRAL BATH: bath of symbolic purification for the soul and spirit which is taken prior to a ceremony. Usually salt is added for consecration and blessing.

Sul, SULLA, Celtic British goddess of hot springs, especially at Bath

Sulis Minerva is the primary deity of the temple complex at Bath, England. Sul or Sulis is thought to have been the primary deity of the area in pre-Roman times. When the Romans exploited the therapeutic potential of the thermal spring, Sulis became equated with Minerva Medica.

Another way to try to figure out how she was thought of is to study the cognates of her name. Suil in Old Irish is 'eye' or "gap". Heol is 'sun'. There also exists a trio of Goddesses called the Suleviae, of the beneficent and protecting mother or matron type.  Suleviae may be "the triple Sulis" as we have the triple Brigid and many other three-fold Celtic deity forms.
