July 18 The start of my personal 7th house.

July 19
talked to the PMO folks with the State of Nevada. It was a good call. I think they felt good about it and I felt it sounded like I knew what I was talking about.
Spent a couple of hours at the bank trying to get a bank account set up for APLN . Didn't go very well they needed paperwork I didn't have
July 20
Met with the CEO and COO of RC -- the meeting only took a half an hour but I think it went well.
July 21
Thursday the 21t hosts a blue moon by sign in Capricorn. The Full Moon in your first house finds you needing to relate to friends and loved ones, and you are in tune with the feelings of those around you.
You can be emotionally very giving with this transit, but you can also be emotionally demanding as well, especially if you feel you've been giving a lot. Who is true can also recognize truth in others. He can make real and deep contact, and he can avoid all harmful and needless influences. The ability to find the right people and avoid the wrong ones is one of the greatest assets in life, surpassing the best education, the most abounding riches.
The Sun catches up with Saturn at this point. Mars is still angry but not as intensely as before. Saturn’s involvement in this Full Moon helps to stabilize the dynamic, however it’s receiving mixed signals. You can still accomplish your goals and meet your deadlines, but there’s a bittersweet victory while things are still being patched up at home. This Full Moon does not have as much fun and excitement as others have.Chiron opposing Saturn has been awakening us to the true nature of reality, helping us bridge the culturally created gap between matter and spirit. Full Moon ritual
The Law of Intuition. We can only get in touch with our own source of intuition and wisdom when we no longer depend upon others' opinions for our sense of identity or worth. Do we value and trust our own intuition, or do we value and transfer authority to the opinions of others over our own inner feelings? Our intuition becomes more profound when we claim our own sacred identity.
July 22
Heavy rain this morning. So far this has been a temperate (almost cold) summer. of course it is staving off any draught so I'm not complaining
The woodpecker is absolutely ripping up all the yard. He's broken up all the logs that I placed to line the path to the new fire pit
July 23 St Brigit's day the patron Saint of writers and poets. Of course we know who this really is, don't we?
July 24
The feast of the Milky Way. No stars in the sky last night, we finally broke in our fire pit and spent a pleasant hour or so.
July 25 Thought for the week - Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.
July 26 Nudged the company today to find out what the status was. Got a message back that they'd start putting an offer together
July 27 Went down to do a final interview on the other job. Had already agreed by the time I got the offer

August 8
First day of work - Meet with LL over in Bellevue. Building was freezing. Seems we've got a big proposal coming up to Microsoft.
August 14
The Bobcat came calling again in the morning. Looked leaner and meaner than before
August 15 Mercury went direct but oh my God what a day. Everything that could miss-fire did
August 18 9:00 meeting in Bellevue, went off without my purse and John had to rescue me.
August 19 Started at 4:00 am on SOW -- worked until I had a 12:30 in Northup, picked up the table for the dining room at Lowes then got a call about PPM then
Dinner at Purples. Tasted 8 wines and some of them were interesting.
August 21
Ignoring the fact that it's a Sunday I spent most of the day trying to work
August 22
We were suppose to have a meeting today but when I got to Chris's I suggested we cancel it so we both could get some work. Spent the rest of the day finishing up the proposal. Did get to wish Chris a happy birthday.

Met with FS, my old boss, and got caught up on the comings and goings of everyone we used to work with. He's started a new company and is interested in exploring ways we can work toghter..
August 25
get up at o'dark thirty and finish my paper for KP -- I think the quality of my writing is serious deteriorating -- hopefully she can salvage it.
when I got home from the office I poured myself a drink and collapsed. My head was killing me. I think about a week on poor sleep caught up with me.
August 26
Last Quarter Moon at 3°29 Gemini 8:18 am PDT
Work up having dreamed about TH. In the dream some friends told me he'd been diagnosed with either CF or MS. I'm sure there's no truth to it but it's probably time to begin thinking about hunting him down again. If he ever needs me I'll be there. Thick and thin. Found a web listing for what I think is his work email address and tried dropping him a note.
September 2
Got my hair down in the AM. Actually my appointment was for the day before but they took me anyway. Got back home and worked on the proposal and then into the office to get stuff ready for the holiday weekend.
September 3 Went to the Sci-fi convention with RK and SR. Turned out there were some good writing sessions. the key element for me is what kind of writing do I want to do in the future.
