Oats, California poppy, Siberian ginseng, and skullcap are all excellent nervines. Most commonly used in tincture form, they tonify the weak air nervous system, and soothe the over-stressed nerves of the hard-working  



Welcome to the Land of the scientific, analytical, and problem solving mind.  All that intellectual talent that air is famous for had to hang out somewhere and this is where you'll find it.  Most of us have used this energy extensively in real world.

The land of Dubh looks rather like the pictures of cities of the future.  High rise buildings, air cars, multi-story covered walkways going from one place to the other, with extensive use of roof top space for astronomical observation (In Dubh they've solved the problem of light pollution -- it is a magic city after all).  Accommodations are available here for all journeyers.  Workrooms, lab space and a place to stash your other worldly positions can be provided to you on a short term basis or if you find that Dubh is where you choose to make your otherworldly home, specialized spaces can be designed to your needs.

A magician talks about this way of work: 'Magicians are agents of change. We seek to alter events at will, often under the auspices of powers greater than ourselves. We use symbols and metaphors because the forces we channel exist beyond normal forms. Sometimes we are secretive - as much to preserve power as to hide our techniques. Orders of magicians come and go, working at that liminal place where the crack between the worlds opens up. The world sometimes courts magicians, sometimes rejects them, and sometimes does not even recognize them in their new guises.

For Many people the line between Dubh and the real world is so thin that they find no need to ever visit the other worldly version.  Writing Code is magic. Doing research in the sciences is magic.  If you are very good at that why do you need the magic of the mind?
